Hold the phone level, with the camera pointing straight down, and keep the whole roll in the picture until the ball stops. Putt both ways along the same line, on a stretch of green without a big change in slope. A ball that is muddy, or in strong shadow, is harder to follow.

Unlimited is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. On a new or reset phone, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same store account you bought it with.

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or from your order history in Google Play.

Turn off Share readings anonymously in the app's Settings. Readings taken after that never leave your phone.
